Erindi Private Game Reserve, Namibia
Located within the protected Erindi Private Game Reserve, Erindi Old Trader's Lodge provides adventure seekers with luxury accommodation. A huge wooden deck runs the length of the building putting you on permanent game viewing alert as scores of wildlife pass by. The 70,000-hectare game reserve is stocked with over 10,000 animals including lion, leopard, cheetah, wild dog, elephants, black rhino, giraffe, hippo, crocodiles, wildebeest, oryx and manner smaller antelope, nocturnal predators and unique mammals like the elusive pangolin. Birdlife is also prolific on the plateau with over 300 species on record.
The spacious suites include comfortable double or twin single beds with crisp linen and warm blankets, remote controlled air-conditioning, en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, in-room safe, in-room study desk, satellite TV, hairdryers, fridges and kettles.
High tea is served every afternoon with delicious sweet and savory eats. A sumptuous buffet-style dinner is served after guests return from their late afternoon safari.
